Victoria Beckham: Wearing her heart on her sleeve?

It is no secret that Victoria Beckham loves to be the center of attention. And, that she loves fashion. So where better for her to get her pose on, than on the red carpet at the CFDA awards. That would be the Awards for the Council of Fashion Designers of America, also known as the Oscars of the fashion industry. What could be more Posh than that? How about having designer and CFDA award nominee Marc Jacobs as your date!
Pictured here, Marc Jacobs shows off not only his current campaign model Victoria, but also the heart motif dress he designed for her. Looking as pouty and glam as ever, Victoria Beckham added to the playfulness of her dress by wearing a white pyramid shaped cocktail ring on her right hand. She also wore diamond stud earrings, and her 3 carat Marquis cut engagement ring, designed by husband David Beckham. What else could a girl want? Well, if you’re Posh, sky high heels of course! Marc Jacobs accessorized his own look simply, with his European Carry All.
The CFDA event was held at the glamorous New York Public Library, and was a veritable who’s who (or who’s wearing who) of the fashion and celebrity world. Victoria Beckham was a presenter at the event, alongside fellow fashionista’s Maggie Gyllenhaal and Eva Mendes. While Marc Jacobs was nominated as the Womenswear Designer of the Year, the award was won by Calvin Klein designer, Francisco Costa.
