What exactly is Nicole Richie famous for? Her acting (ouch!)? Her singing (well a bit better than her Simple BFF Paris)? Driving drunk down the wrong side of the freeway? For being stick thin? For being at all the hot nightclubs in LA? Exactly WHY is Nicole Richie so popular?
Nicole first raised our awareness in 2003, as Paris Hilton’s slightly unusual looking accomplice and co-star in the Simple Life. Fresh out of drug rehab, with the skunk style highlighted hair, and somewhat chunky frame (well next to Paris anyway), we really only knew her as Lionel Richie’s daughter.
Then it would seem her massive weight loss and very public falling out with Paris, made her the most sought after Hollywood celebutard, and darling of the paparazzi. They literally capture her every move. Here we see her with her father Lionel and half sister Sophia. Perhaps she is looking so nauseous and bored because she is seated in front of an un-eaten sandwich.
Does Nicole Richie have an eating disorder? Is it wrong for a young girl to be so famous for her weight?
