Here is Penelope Cruz looking absolutely stunning at the "National Board of Review of Motion Pictures" annual gala in New York City. Tonight, she is wearing a black strapless cocktail dress with accents of sheer and spanish lace through out. Her hair is simultaneously strategic and elegant showcasing a beautiful pair of diamond drop earrings. Those diamond drop earrings are merely accent accessories in the big picture of Penelope's look which is tastefully chic.
I have seen cases where modern day celebrities wear jewelry, and I have seen cases where the jewelry wears the celebrities. This is not the instance with Penelope whose look tonight is confident, elegant, and glamorous.
