30 day jewelry return policy
 
With our new 30-Day money back guarantee on jewelry items, you have plenty of time to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. All non-custom* jewelry items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. This includes special orders on items which are not in stock.

A return authorization from Lussori is required prior to returning any merchandise. Return authorizations must be requested within 25 days of the date of purchase and we must receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of date of purchase. Furthermore, your return package must display a Return Authorization Number. Any return not having a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received and accepted your returned item. Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected by one of our Graduate Gemologists to confirm that the original item has been returned and that it is in acceptable condition. Be aware that worn or damaged items or those that have been engraved, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Furthermore, return packages which do not display a Lussori RA# (Return Authorization Number), which are improperly packaged, or are uninsured will be refused upon receipt.

To properly return an item to Lussori, please do the following:

1. Notify Lussori of your intent to return your item by calling 1-800-241-9807. You will then be given a Return Authorization Number to write on the outside of your package.

2. Pack up your item for return including the original jewelry or watch box and all paperwork (including diamond certificates, and/or watch papers. Lussori charges a $250 replacement fee for lost or damaged diamond certificates and watch papers). If you are sending your item via FedEx or UPS, please address the package to:

3. Insure the package for the full selling price (minus taxes and shipping charges). Please check with your selected mail carrier ahead of time to make sure that they will allow you to insure your shipment for the full value. If you do not insure the item for the full selling price, Lussori will not accept the shipment.

* This policy does not apply to timepieces, or custom ordered jewelry items. Custom ordered jewelry items are not returnable under any circumstances. Custom order items include, but are not limited to eternity rings ordered in a non-stock size, custom manufactured jewelry designs, and any item which has been altered from its original design. Deposits for custom ordered items are not refundable under any circumstances.
