Isaiah Washington: A Watch Guy?

Lets face it, sometimes we look to celebrities for fashion direction.
I personally think there are a handful of celebrities that have a great sense of individual style. George Clooney is one of those people. I would love to know what kind of watch George chooses when going to a formal event.
I guess its just my watch/pop-culture geek curiousity.
While some brands do get a boost when celebrities wear their watches, I doubt any brand is going to get a huge boost from Isaiah Washington wearing their watch.
Hollywoods most recent gay "hater" is seen here on the set of Greys Anatomy wearing what looks like a Panerai. While I cannot totally identify it, take a look at the crown cover. I don't know any other brands that looks quite the same.
Am I right or wrong?
Sorry to any readers who may think they are wearing the same watch.
Its still an awesome watch...
