Gwyneth Paltrow: Modern Day Wonder Woman!

Even though Gwyneth Paltrow plays girl Friday to Robert Downey Jr. in the hit movie Iron Man, she is proving to be quite the super hero herself these days. She has so many projects underway; it’s hard to believe that one person (and mother of two no less) has the time!
Gwyneth Paltrow has returned to the big screen in a BIG way after taking several years off to raise her children with husband Chris Martin, of the band Coldplay. Her next film project, Two Lovers, co-starring Joaquin Phoenix, won rave reviews at its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival this year. And why would this modern day wonder woman stop there? Gwyneth has recently been named the new face of luxury label Tod’s, and is busy shooting their latest ad campaign. As someone known for her style, she may be the perfect choice for the brand. Ms Paltrow has also been seen traveling through Spain, filming a documentary series for television, with Chef Mario Batali, called “Spain…On the Road Again.” Is it possible Gwyneth Paltrow squeezes more than 24 hours into her days? Perhaps she is super human after all!
Seen here at the Cannes premiere of Two Lovers, Gwyneth walked the red carpet with fashion designer Valentino. Hopefully Valentino didn’t mind that her navy and black satin v-neck gown was designed by Chanel! As is her trademark, Gwyneth wore sky high navy satin pumps by Roger Vivier, and her gorgeous jewels were courtesy of Chopard – Chopard even provided a security escort for her! She is stunning in the brand’s diamond and gold dangle chandelier earrings, a very wide rose cut diamond bracelet and an enormous emerald cut diamond ring on her forefinger. With all that carat weight, let’s hope she has super strength!
