Elizabeth Hurley: Hottest Pink!

Elizabeth Hurley really turned up the heat last week in New York. As emcee of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s Hottest Pink Party Ever, she was one of many celebrities who helped make this fundraiser the hottest ticket in town. The evening was held at the Waldorf Astoria hotel, and was a huge success: over $5 million was raised for breast cancer research!
Looking very hot in several shades of pink, Elizabeth Hurley wore a beautiful and ornate sari, perhaps an influence of husband Arun Nayer’s native India. Adding to her glamorous look, Elizabeth Hurley wore diamond chandelier earrings a beautiful diamond bracelet. Of course the piece of jewelry that stole the show was Ms. Hurley’s engagement ring: a 15.09 Ascher cut diamond, set in white gold and surrounded by pave diamonds. The ring comes from Chopard, and was designed by their Creative Director and Co-President Caroline Gruoisi-Scheufele. Now THAT’S hot!
Also in attendance at the event were Elton John, who performed, Gwynneth Paltrow, Top Chef’s Padma Lakshmi, Donna Karan, and celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito.
