The David Oscarson Pierrot and Pierrette Collection is inspired by the romantic 17th century story of a lovestruck circus performer and his coquettish object of affection.  Each of these David Oscarson masterpieces combines the old world art forms of colored hard enameling and guilloche engraving.  Three separate engraving processes result in an underlying surface which reveals sublime and charming beauty--a superb example of Art Deco design.  The David Oscarson Pierrot and Pierrette Collection comprises both fountain and roller ball models, in two colors which are each limited to a series of 88 pieces.  Fountain pen variants utilize a versatile filling system that can use cartridge, converter or eyedropper fill; the rhodium-plated 18K nibs with iridium tips assure optimal writing pleasure and durability.
