ABOUT CHOPARD |
| Louis-Ulysse Chopard started his timepiece business in Sonvillier, Switzerland in 1860, specializing in manufacturing chronometers and fine pocket watches. A hundred years later, Karl Scheufele took the helm of the Chopard family legacy. Over the years since, Scheufele and his equally committed wife and children have continued the distinguished brand’s development of luxury timepieces. Amongst its most iconic models are the Chopard Mille Miglia timepieces, with their racing-inspired sporty designs, and the ever popular ladies’ Happy series watches which glisten and sparkle from every angle with a dazzling play of diamonds and other precious gemstones. It is no mistake that the Chopard L.U.C watch collection has ascended to a truly coveted status for collectors of haute horlogerie, with their technically impeccable and finely crafted manufacture movements. The Chopard dynasty of superlative luxury lives on through every exquisitely made Chopard timepiece. |
