Usher: Arm Candy?

In the music industry it seems the “heavier” the music, the more proportionate the amount of jewelry the singer wears. For example a male singer of “light rock” may wear a small crucifix on a chain around his neck, or perhaps a Kaballah string. Meanwhile, someone like Tommy Lee has every part of his body pierced, and wears heavy chains around his neck. Rappers also go for the heavy chain necklaces, diamond stud earrings and usually a large complicated and diamond encrusted watch. Bling is BIG with rappers. Usher being a crossover R&B and Rap musician, falls somewhere in the middle. Could jewelry for men be trickling down to the mainstream?
Recently while out to lunch in Beverly Hills with new wife Tamika Foster, Usher is seen here wearing what looks like a locket around his neck. Perhaps it holds a photo of their baby son Usher Raymond V? Usher is also wearing a heavy silver bracelet. Seems Usher isn’t afraid of a little arm candy. He has also been photographed recently double fisting: wearing a watch on each wrist!
