The successful APIANA Chronograph line, presented for the first time at last year's Baselworld, is being extended this year by the breathtaking Haute Joaillerie variation. The charismatic APIANA Chronograph Haute Joaillerie is a dream in black and white. The colors of the brilliant-cut diamonds that adorn the dynamically designed case in 18-carat white gold transform the timepiece into an exquisite jewellery watch created with supreme artistry reminiscent of art nouveau styling.
The name of the APIANA Chronograph watch is derived from the constellation of Apus, also known as Bird of Paradise. This superb women's watch is appropriately sumptuous with its sparkling black and white brilliant-cut diamonds. The new Haute Joaillerie creation is the perfect companion for the modern woman with the most demanding standards, who wants to wear a watch on her wrist that mirrors the Milus 'Highly Personal' philosophy.
The dynamically curved, 18-carat white gold case is separated into six parts and screwed down by hand. All four lateral parts – two on each lengthways side – are also mounted onto the case with precision hand craftsmanship. The numbers 3, 6, 9 and 12 gleam in black diamonds on the white-diamond inlaid dial and are reminiscent of art nouveau styling. The enchanting diamond decoration stretches over both the bezel and the front of the case and underlines the extravagant radiance of this jewellery watch in the most exquisite way. The small seconds counter at 9 o'clock and the 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock are ingeniously integrated in the composition of the dynamic relief numbers. The black Galuchat strap rounds off the consummate appearance of this remarkable women's watch.
Absolute precision is guaranteed by the Swiss quality mechanical movement with automatic winding. A round sapphire crystal window allows a view of the movement and the skeleton, red-gold oscillating rotor in the form of the Milus logo with the brand symbol engraved at its centre.
