Amy Adams is one hot star these days…and now she’s cooking too! In the new Nora Ephron film Julie & Julia, Amy Adams plays Julie Powell, a frustrated temp secretary who embarks on a year long quest to cook each of the 524 recipes in Julia Child’s Mastering the Art of French Cooking. With Meryl Streep in the role of Julia Child, the film jumps back and forth in time, chronicling the lives of these two women. Now that’s some food for thought!
At the New York premiere Julie & Julia, Amy Adams, looks pretty and statuesque in her sweeping floor length black and white floral gown from Carolina Herrera. Amy chose to keep her jewelry clean and elegant that night: drop diamond earrings, which beautifully complemented her brilliant-cut diamond engagement ring. With so much detail on her dress, Amy was smart to keep her jewelry simple. However, when asked what her favorite accessory was, she said “That would be my fiancé, Darren Le Gallo!”
